Stefano Storchi
Siempre me ha motivado la búsqueda del origen de los lugares, como si existiera un sitio que pudiera conducirnos hacia una conciencia fantasmagórica, llevándonos a un reencuentro con nuestras raíces.
Stefano Storchi (1994, Buenos Aires, Argentina).
Es graduado en Diseño de Imagen y Sonido por la Facultad de Diseño de la Universidad de Buenos Aires y actualmente trabaja como docente e investigador allí. Es realizador audiovisual, editor, animador y fotógrafo. Sus obras mezclan la intervención de imagen y sonido. En 2020 recibió apoyo el Mecenazgo cultural para su libro Argirópolis. En la edición 2021-2022 de la Bienal de Arte Joven, su proyecto de mediometraje "Argirópolis" fue seleccionado en la convocatoria de Experimentación Audiovisual: película con material de archivo, donde más tarde se estrenó en BAFICI, 2022. Actualmente recibe una beca de creación y formación del Fondo Nacional de las Artes para el desarrollo de su experiencia de realidad virtual "Japeusa" desde la perspectiva Mbya-Guraní.
Stefano Storchi (1994, Buenos Aires, Argentina) is a graduate in Image and Sound Design from the Faculty of Design at the University of Buenos Aires, and he currently works as a teacher and researcher there. He is a visual creator, video editor, animator, and photographer. His works blend the intervention of image and sound. In 2020, he received cultural patronage for his book "Argirópolis." In the 2021-2022 edition of the Youth Art Biennial, his medium-length film project "Argirópolis" was selected in the Audiovisual Experimentation category: a film with archival material, later premiering at BAFICI in 2022. Currently, he is the recipient of a creation and training grant from the National Arts Fund for the development of his virtual reality project "Japeusa" from the Mbya-Guaraní perspective.
